OCGN Reddit:
The r/OCGN subreddit is essentially a OCGN stock discussion on Reddit that talks about OCGN stock, price, and diligence.
- The OCGN Reddit page has 20,600 members: The OCGN Reddit is a medium to large sized subreddit for an individual stock. The OCGN Reddit community is somewhat active when we compare their total members to their active users. It appears that there were only 12 posts today in the OCGN subreddit. I would like to see significantly more posts in this subreddit, as you can run out of fresh content quite easily when there are only 12 posts.
- As of writing this, r/OCGN has 140 active users: For a subreddit of OCGN’s size, 140 active users are not great. It may just be the timing of when I wrote this, but 140 active people from a subreddit of their size is not good, and it is reflected in their daily posting volumes. This subreddit is not very active, and there are not a lot of new posts daily.
Overall, the OCGN community is a decent size, however their community is quite inactive and infrequently posts. Due to this fact, I would rate the OCGN subreddit a 5/10.
OCGN Stocktwits:
There is a OCGN Stock Forum on Stocktwits, where the members of the OCGN board can post messages and pictures.
- The OCGN stock forum has 154K members: OCGN is a very largely followed stock discussion on Stocktwits. Furthermore, according to Utradea’s Social Sentiment Scanner, there were 3,034 posts in the OCGN StockTwits today. Considering their size, they should have more posts, however there are enough messages to circulate fresh content, and to stay up to date on recent events. Like many of the other discussions on Stocktwits, the quality of the OCGN posts is typically low, however, there are some high-quality posts in this forum from time to time.
- Daily message volume is 3,034: The OCGN Stocktwits community is quite inactive when considering the overall size of the OCGN Stocktwits forum. A forum of OCGN’s size should have more daily messages. However, when looking at their historical message volume, they reached over 100k messages/day at the beginning of November. I think the timing has a big role to play in the activity of the OCGN Stocktwits community.
Overall, the OCGN Stocktwits community is somewhat large, and can be very active, however at the time of writing this, their forum seems rather inactive. I find the OCGN Stocktwits forum to be far better than the OCGN Reddit community. This has led me to rating the OCGN Stocktwits chat a 7/10.
OCGN Twitter:
The following data is taken from the Utradea Social Sentiment Dashboard, as there is no OCGN forum on Twitter (just individual posts.
- OCGN has 1,750 posts on Twitter in the past 24 hours: OCGN is a frequently discussed ticker on Reddit, which can be seen through their 1,750 posts today alone. Surprisingly, these posts have garnered a total of 3.8M impressions, which is rather impressive. Overall, there are enough daily posts on Twitter mentioning OCGN that investors will have a continuous feed of new/relevant information pertaining to the OCGN Stock.
- Big accounts/activity: Over the past 24 hours, there were a total of 6 large accounts that posted on Twitter about OCGN. Each of these accounts has a following of 100k+, which brings a lot of eyes to their stock. Furthermore, there were some individual tweets that garnered a large amount of impression, some examples include this (36k impressions), this (15k impressions), and this (12k impressions).
Overall, the OCGN mentions/community on Twitter is quite active. Furthermore, there are large accounts that posts about OCGN, which can draw new eyes to the stock. I find the posts on Twitter about OCGN to have more news about the stock, which is good. This has led me to rating the OCGN Twitter an 8/10.

In terms of a price target for OCGN, I have decided to take a price target from HiralKeshwala’s analysis (Utradea User), found here. I have decided to go ahead and use the price target that they arrived at, due to that fact that I am in agreeance with her valuation methods. Summary of OCGN Stock and Community:
The OCGN subreddit is quite inactive, they infrequently post. However, the OCGN Stocktwits community is far more active, and the OCGN Twitter community is active and has higher quality posts. Overall, I would rate the OCGN online community a 6.7/10.
